Website Ownership:

• The website design is licensed to you during active subscription
• Upon termination, you may export your content but not the design
• Custom designs become your property upon full payment

Service Availability:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may require temporary service interruption
• We are not liable for damages resulting from service outages

Performance Results:

• We cannot guarantee specific business results or outcomes
